Velvet is an AI-powered chat platform that provides interactive conversations with AI-generated characters. Our Service includes NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content and is intended for adult users only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

4. User Accounts

All AI characters and conversations are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. The Service uses OpenAI technology to power conversations. You understand that interactions are with AI and not real persons. We are not responsible for the content generated by AI systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of House of Velvet, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
